Please allow:
– 3–7 business days for roasting, packing, and dispatch
– Additional shipping time depending on your location
We ship Australia-wide, with:
– Free shipping on orders over $150
– Free local delivery available (calculated at checkout)

Freshness Matters
To ensure quality, much of our coffee is roasted to order.
This slower approach allows the beans to arrive fresher, more expressive, and ready to be enjoyed properly.
Returns
Due to the nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
