Our honey is harvested in small batches to preserve its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and floral character. Nothing is added, and nothing is taken away.

At times when our own harvest is limited due to Varroa mite impact, we carefully source premium raw Australian honey from trusted Australian apiaries — always maintaining our commitment to keeping it raw and real.

 

Woodfire Roasted Coffee (Humble Roast)

Quality beans, roasted slowly over flame.

Our coffee is woodfire roasted in small batches to bring out depth, balance, and natural flavour — without overprocessing or artificial enhancement.

Sourced from farms aligned with our values, and roasted fresh for clarity and consistency in every cup.

 

Beeswax Candles (Humble Burn)

100% Australian beeswax, shaped by hand.

Our candles are made using raw beeswax — a natural byproduct of honey harvesting — blended with sustainable coconut wax where required for performance and structure.

We use pure essential oils only, with no synthetic fragrance, dyes, or paraffin.

The result is a clean-burning candle with a soft, natural scent and a slower, steadier flame.

Raw Honey

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Honey naturally crystallises over time — this is a sign of its raw, unprocessed state. To return it to liquid, place the jar in warm water and allow it to soften धीरे.

Keep the lid sealed to maintain freshness.

 

Coffee (Humble Roast)

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Avoid refrigeration. Exposure to air, light, and moisture will affect flavour over time.

For best results, consume within a few weeks of opening.

 

Beeswax Candles (Humble Burn)

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Beeswax is a natural material and may soften or change slightly in warmer conditions. This does not affect performance.

Keep candles upright and dust-free until use.

Do your products have a shelf life?

Honey is naturally shelf-stable and can last indefinitely when stored properly.

Over time, it may crystallise — this is completely natural and a sign that it is raw and unprocessed. Its quality remains intact.

 

Coffee (Humble Roast)

Coffee is best consumed fresh.

For optimal flavour, enjoy within 2–4 weeks of opening. While it won’t spoil immediately, exposure to air and time will gradually reduce its aroma and depth.

 

Beeswax Candles (Humble Burn)

Beeswax candles do not expire.

They can be stored long-term without losing quality, as long as they are kept away from heat and direct sunlight.

A Note on Honeycomb

Due to Australian biosecurity regulations surrounding bee products, honeycomb is not available for delivery to all states.

At this time, we are unable to ship honeycomb to certain regions, including Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland.

This is to ensure compliance with current biosecurity measures and to support the protection of bee populations across Australia.

All other products — including jarred honey, coffee, and candles — are available for delivery nationwide.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Because many of our products are made or prepared to order, please allow:

– 10–14 business days for production and dispatch
– Additional time depending on your location
