Technical Requirements

1. One standard power outlet (10A or 15A)
2. Flat, stable surface with a minimum footprint of 2m x 2m
3. Indoor or outdoor undercover placement preferred
4. Clear access for efficient bump-in and pack-down
5. Generator available upon request if power is unavailable

Cancellation & Reschedulling

1. 30% deposit required to confirm your booking
2. Remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event

3. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable
4. One complimentary reschedule permitted, subject to availability
